By accessing and using our grief yoga website, you agree to abide by our terms and conditions, which include respecting the privacy of others, acknowledging the sensitive nature of grief, and refraining from sharing or reproducing our content without permission.
By visiting Purple Shamrock.com or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. These apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content. PURPLE SHAMROCK OFFERINGS
Grief Yoga is not therapy, although it can be therapeutic. Anyone living with grief may find this a meaningful tool while on a healing journey. Consult your family doctor before adding new physical exercises to your routine and discus counselling needs. The instructors are not Registered Therapists. Purple Shamrock instructors are certified with Grief Yoga® by Paul Denniston www.griefyoga.com and are registered Peer to Peer Leaders of David Kessler’s www.grief.com
REFUND POLICY
All sales for yoga class passes, memberships, workshops, pre-registered series are final – no refunds. Payment for products and services by credit card will be processed in Canadian Dollars at the time of payment. Purple Shamrock is not responsible for any fees, charges, exchange rates of additional charges levied by individual financial institutions or Credit Card companies. Unused classes may be gifted to others.
PRIVACY
All transactions are encrypted. Purple Shamrock will not share any participant information. Participants will receive emails from the booking software confirming class times and class requirements. Comments and suggestions whether sent online, by email, by postal mail, or otherwise, you agree that we may, at any time, without restriction, edit, copy, publish, distribute, translate and otherwise use in any medium any comments that you forward to us. We are and shall be under no obligation (1) to maintain any comments in confidence; (2) to pay compensation for any comments; or (3) to respond to any comments. We may, but have no obligation to, monitor, edit or remove content that we determine in our sole discretion are unlawful, offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable or violates any party’s intellectual property or these Terms of Service.

We may provide you with access to third-party tools, we neither monitor nor have any control. You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools ”as is” and “as available” without any warranties, representations or conditions of any kind and without any endorsement. We shall have no liability whatsoever arising from or relating to your use of optional third-party tools.
