Grief Yoga In-Person & Online
Grief yoga is a self-care practice done predominantly seated in a chair. It uses gentle body movements and breath to work through those heavy emotions when you have experiences a life-changing loss.
Online Grief Yoga
Enjoy a compassionate practice in the comfort of your own home. Prepare yourself; comfortable clothes, computer, chair, journal & pen. You can choose to have your camera Off or On.
In-Person Grief Yoga
You do not need prior yoga experience. This class will be lead seated in a chair. Grief Yoga uses gentle body movements and breath to unlock & acknowledge the emotions of loss.
Prepare yourself:
Yoga mat
A chair (no arms)
Comfortable clothing
An open heart and a curious mind
No prior Yoga experience is required
